2017年年初伊始，為規(guī)范產(chǎn)品全流程的質(zhì)量管控，全面提升公司管理水平，公司開(kāi)始推行實(shí)施ISO9001質(zhì)量體系2015版，經(jīng)過(guò)近四個(gè)月的運(yùn)行，公司一次性通過(guò)SGS認(rèn)證中心專家組現(xiàn)場(chǎng)過(guò)程審核，經(jīng)SGS認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)盈業(yè)塑膠有限公司質(zhì)量體系的認(rèn)證審核，盈業(yè)塑膠化妝品塑料包裝產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)及儲(chǔ)存質(zhì)量體系符合ISO9001:2015質(zhì)量管理體系標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用條款的要求，并于2017年8月15日取得ISO9001：2015質(zhì)量管理體系認(rèn)證證書(shū)。
At the beginning of 2017, in order to regulatethe product quality control of the whole process, to enhance the managementlevel of the company. Shantou Yingye Plastics Co.,Ltd (Yingye) began toimplement ISO 9001: 2015. After nearly four months of operation, Yingye haspassed the SGS certification center experts on-site process audit. The design,production and storage quality system of Yingye’s cosmetic plasticproducts meetthe requirements of ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system. Therefore, we gotthe certificate in August 15th, 2017.
公司現(xiàn)有約25000平方米的現(xiàn)代化廠房和300多套自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)設(shè)備（注塑機(jī)、吹瓶機(jī)、絲印燙金機(jī))和噴漆噴涂、自動(dòng)包裝生產(chǎn)線，三十年專業(yè)化妝品包材生產(chǎn)制造經(jīng)驗(yàn)，產(chǎn)品指標(biāo)已達(dá)到國(guó)際先進(jìn)水平，產(chǎn)品已長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定供應(yīng)歐盟、東南亞、韓國(guó)等國(guó)家和地區(qū)的品牌化妝品行業(yè)客戶。
Yingye is one of modern largescale enterprises ownsabout 25,000 square meters modern factory building with advanced equipment(Like injection molding machines, bottle blowing machines, hot stamping silkprinting machinesand so on). In addition, we grasp the technology ofspray paint (Matte and metallized ) and also have autocoating production line.After near 30 years' experience in the cosmetic packaging industry, the productquality has reached the international advanced level and the product has longbeen stable supply of Europe, Southeast Asia, South Korea and other countries.
